Some scrapes can be buffed out and touched up with minimal cost. Others can be painted and made to “go away”.

Lease Return Repairs
Lease return companies have guidelines as to what is acceptable wear and tear on your leased vehicle. The Paint Genie, Inc., can help you on the repairs that you need. We recommend that you have a pre-inspection with your lease company prior to the return of your lease so you can have the option of repairing imperfections without the high price.

Pre-sale Repairs

Rust Repairs
Small rust repairs can be fixed as long as the rust has not eaten through the panel. Due to the nature and invasiveness of rust, there are no guarantees on when and if the rust will return.

Key Scratches
Vandals love to scratch cars. Some scratches may be wet-sanded out as long as they are not too deep. The general rule is, if you can catch your fingernail in the scratch it is too deep to be completely removed - it could be lightened up significantly with wet-sanding but most likely will still be visible.

Wet-Sanding
Scratches can be buffed out or wet sanded out as long as you cannot catch your fingernail in the scratch.
